Response times

To return an order or withdraw from your purchase, use our Withdraw from contract function. We check your order number and checkout email, then register your notice and provide a receipt. You can also give a clear withdrawal notice by email.

We reply on Dutch business days, in the order messages arrive. Launch periods can be a little busier, so thank you for your patience.
