Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 15 July 2026.
These terms apply when you use the WearYourCatch website, request early access or place an order when purchasing becomes available. By using the relevant service, you agree to the terms that apply at that time.
Trader identity
WearYourCatch is the trading name used for this website. Before online sales open, the checkout and these terms will display the complete identity, registered address, contact details, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number of the contracting trader.

Early access
Joining the list does not create an obligation to buy and does not guarantee that every garment, colour or size will be available at all times. Early access provides a private preview and earlier launch communication. You are responsible for providing an address you can access and for keeping your details accurate.
Products and availability
Most WearYourCatch pieces are produced after an order is placed. Each product page will state the garment composition, available product details, decoration method, care information and expected production window before purchase. Product photography and colour are presented as accurately as practical, but displays and production can create minor variation. Availability may change with garment, colour, size or production capacity. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it.
Production and fulfilment partners
We may use specialist third-party print-on-demand partners to decorate, pack and dispatch products. Production location can vary by product and delivery region, and an order may arrive in separate parcels. WearYourCatch remains the contracting seller and your point of contact for payment, delivery, product quality, returns and complaints. Further information is available under Production and fulfilment.
Orders and contract formation
When checkout is available, your order is an offer to purchase. Before you submit it, you can review and correct the order, the total price including taxes, delivery charges, payment method and expected delivery. A binding sales contract is formed only when we send a durable order confirmation accepting the order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if stock, payment, delivery or fraud checks prevent fulfilment. Any payment already taken will then be returned.
Prices and payment
Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods will be shown before you place an order. You must provide complete and accurate billing information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Delivery
Available destinations, production time, charges and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. The risk of loss or damage remains with the trader until you, or a person designated by you, physically receives the goods, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered at checkout. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if delivery is delayed or does not take place.
Cancellation and returns
Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, starting when the goods are received. Standard, non-personalised WearYourCatch catalogue pieces remain covered where the law provides, even when produced after ordering. After giving notice, the goods must generally be sent back within a further 14 days. Exceptions may apply to goods made to individual specifications, clearly personalised products or other goods excluded by law, but only where this is stated before purchase. See Shipping and returns or use the model withdrawal form.
Faulty products
Products must conform to the contract and applicable consumer law. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect so we can provide repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund where required. These remedies are free of charge where the law requires it.
Product safety and traceability
Before a product is offered for sale, its online listing will provide the product identifier and the manufacturer or responsible EU economic operator details required by applicable product-safety law, together with relevant warnings and safety information. We may contact customers about a safety notice, corrective action or recall where necessary.
Intellectual property
The WearYourCatch name, species artwork, photography, text and site design are protected by intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied, modified, sold or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from consumer use.
Law and complaints
Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact hello@wearyourcatch.com first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using a competent court or consumer dispute procedure available under mandatory law.
